The Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel from Cancale to Granville
Visite e prestazioni
The Norman Mont-Saint-Michel is located in a large bay stretching between Brittany and Normandy. In Brittany, you can discover an area of polders built in the 19th century and a flat sandy coast offering nice views especially from the harbour of Cancale which is famous for its oyster breeding. In Normandy, the coast gets higher north of Avranches where the manuscripts of the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel are kept. The Pointe du Grouin du Sud, the Bec d’Andaine, the Pointe de Champaux give other splendid panoramas on the way to Granville, another privateers’ town and an active fishing harbour.
